Getting Started

Set your goals once using the form on the Daily Goals page

Visit the Daily Goals tab and enter your target calories, protein, fat, and carbs based on your fitness objectives.

Your targets are saved and will appear every time you return

Once set, your goals are permanently stored in the database. You'll see them whenever you visit the app, even after closing your browser.

As you log meals throughout the day, your progress updates automatically

Take photos of your meals on the Home page. The AI will analyze them and add the nutrition data to your daily totals instantly.

Each day starts fresh for tracking, but your goal targets remain the same

Your daily progress resets at midnight, but your nutritional goals stay consistent. This helps you maintain steady habits over time.

You can update your goals anytime, and the new targets will be saved

As your fitness goals change, simply update your targets on the Daily Goals page. The new values will be saved automatically.

AI Analysis

AI analyzes your food photos and provides detailed nutritional breakdowns including calories, protein, fat, and carbs.

Progress Tracking

Visual progress bars show how close you are to reaching your daily goals, with color-coded indicators for each macro.

Meal History

View all your logged meals in the Meal Log, with options to delete entries and see detailed analysis for each meal.
